Frequently asked questions

Ordering, payment, Canadian shipping, Certificates of Analysis, and how our research-use policy works.

Products & documentation
What purity are your peptides?

Our research peptides are supplied at 99% purity. Each compound's identity and purity are documented on a Certificate of Analysis, which records the actual test results for the material.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. A manufacturer Certificate of Analysis — showing identity and purity test results — is available on request. Email support@tieronepeptides.ca with the product and, where possible, the lot number from your vial.

How should research material be stored?

As general research-handling guidance, store lyophilized material in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate after reconstitution. Handling is the responsibility of the qualified researcher.

Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Interac e-transfer. Cryptocurrency and credit card options are planned once our payment gateways are fully set up.

How does the e-transfer process work?

After placing your order, you'll receive e-transfer instructions, including the recipient address and your order reference. Once payment is received, your order is processed for dispatch.

Payment questions can go to payments@tieronepeptides.ca.

[ Add your exact e-transfer recipient + any security question/answer convention here. ]

Who is eligible to purchase?

Our products are intended for qualified researchers and professionals purchasing for laboratory research. By ordering, you confirm the material is for research use only and that you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

Shipping & delivery
How is my order shipped?

We offer expedited delivery with discreet, professional packaging to support a smooth research-supply experience.

[ Add carrier, typical transit time, and shipping cost / free-shipping threshold here. ]

Where do you ship?

Tier One Peptides is a Canada-focused supplier and ships within Canada. [ Confirm whether you ship to all provinces/territories, and note any exceptions. ]
